Filed complaints are automatically forwarded to the concerned Micro and Small Enterprise Facilitation Council (MSEFC) of the respective State/UT for adjudication within 90 days. The buyer is liable to pay compound interest at three times the RBI bank rate on the overdue amount. All 37 States/UTs have constituted MSEFCs and the portal makes pending cases visible to Central Ministries, Departments, CPSEs, and State Governments for proactive action.
