The Technology Development & Utilization Programme for Women (TDUPW) has been formulated by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR) to meet the specific needs of women and enhance their contribution towards technology capability building. The scheme provides assistance for projects relevant to technology development and utilization by women, including promotion of new technologies, awareness creation, training, technological upgradation of women-led enterprises, and design of products/processes beneficial to women.
