A self-employment scheme in Uttarakhand providing collateral-free loans up to Rs. 50,000 to small entrepreneurs and micro-businessmen for establishing micro-services, businesses, and small industries. The scheme offers 70% loan (8% ROI) with 25% subsidy for operation and re-operation of enterprises across agriculture, horticulture, animal husbandry, poultry, fisheries, meat processing, and service sectors.
