Under this sub-component, incidental costs viz. Registration cum Membership certification (RCME), Export Insurance Premium, and Quality certification are reimbursed to first time MSE Exporters. The Ministry signed MoUs with 18 Export Promotion Councils (EPCs), ECGC and NSIC as implementing agencies.
