How to Apply

1. 1

   Form or Join a Cluster

   Traditional industry clusters of 500+ artisans can apply; existing clusters may also upgrade

2. 2

   Engage an Implementing Agency (IA)

   Identify a SFURTI-approved IA (NGO, industry association, or government body) to lead the project

3. 3

   Prepare Detailed Project Report

   IA prepares DPR covering infrastructure, technology, skill development, and marketing interventions

4. 4

   DPR Submitted to MSME Ministry

   IA submits DPR to the Office of DC-MSME; Programme Steering Committee (PSC) approves the cluster

5. 5

   Grant Release & Implementation

   Grants released in tranches to the cluster; infrastructure built, common facility centres set up
