The MSME Competitive (Lean) Scheme aims to enhance the domestic and global competitiveness of MSMEs through the application of various Lean Techniques, including reduction in rejection rates, product and raw material movements and product cost; optimization of space utilization and resources; and enhancement of quality, production, export capabilities, workplace safety, knowledge, skill set, innovative work culture, social and environmental accountability, profitability, Industry 4.0 awareness, and digital empowerment.
