यह योजना 2014-15 में जनजातीय मामलों के मंत्रालय द्वारा शुरू की गई थी। इसके तहत राज्य जनजातीय विकास सहकारी निगमों (STDCCs) और ट्राइफेड को 100% अनुदान-सहायता दी जाती है। योजना का उद्देश्य जनजातीय उत्पादों के उत्पादन, उत्पाद विकास, पारंपरिक विरासत के संरक्षण, विपणन और बेहतर मूल्य सुनिश्चित करने के लिए व्यापक सहायता प्रदान करना है।
