पुदुचेरी सरकार ने कॉयर और कॉयर आधारित उद्योग को बढ़ावा देने के लिए यह योजना शुरू की है। इसके तहत 6 महीने का प्रशिक्षण दिया जाता है जिसमें नारियल रेशे से कॉयर रस्सी, कॉयर चटाई और अन्य कॉयर उत्पाद बनाने की तकनीक सिखाई जाती है। प्रशिक्षणार्थियों को ₹1,500/माह स्टाइपेंड दिया जाता है। 18-35 वर्ष के साक्षर पुदुचेरी निवासी आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
