Coir Vikas Yojana (CVY) is an Umbrella Scheme being implemented by Coir Board for the Development of Coir Industry all over the country. It covers sub-schemes including Science & Technology (R&D), Skill Upgradation and Mahila Coir Yojana, Export Market Promotion, Domestic Market Promotion, Trade and Industry Related Functional Support Services, and Welfare Measures for coir workers.
