The scheme provides financial support mainly for augmenting infrastructure development for enhancing the productivity, sustainability, competitiveness and growth of MSMEs in North Eastern Region and Sikkim by addressing common issues such as improvement of technology, skills & quality, market access. It also supports creation of common facilities for manufacturing, testing, packaging, R&D, product and process innovations, development of tourism sector, and upgrading industrial areas.
