Lease Rental Subsidy Scheme

The Lease Rental Subsidy Scheme, launched in 2018, provides lease rental subsidy to eligible Information Technology Units in the State of Goa. The scheme aims to foster Goa as a preferred investment destination for IT units and offers reimbursement of up to 50% of annual lease rentals (60% if 30% or more employees are women) for a period of 2 years. It also covers reimbursement of upfront lease premium for units availing land from GIDC or Government Agencies.
