The Biponi scheme is an initiative launched by the Government of Assam to promote the growth of small businesses, farmers, and artisans in the state. It aims to create a more efficient and competitive market ecosystem by providing financial assistance for market infrastructure development, training and support to small traders and artisans, and market linkages with organized retailers, exporters, and food processing units.
